Create and Manage Labels

Create labels to organize scenes and inventory for packaging, proposals, and sales activation.

Updated over 2 months ago

Labels make it easy to group related scenes, such as content relevant to a specific advertiser (endemic/non-endemic), seasonal moment (Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.), vertical (Auto, CPG, etc.), and quickly turn those groupings into sellable packages.

Scenes that share the same label are automatically grouped into a package, which can then be added to a proposal. During the proposal state, you can upload advertiser assets and generate static mocks that showcase the virtual placement within the scene.

Create a Label

  1. Navigate to Scene Search

  2. Click on the scene you want to label

  3. In the scene details panel, click + Add Labels

  4. Select an existing label from the dropdown, or click + Create New to create a new label

  5. Enter a Label Name and click Create Label

The label will now appear in the Labels section of the scene details box. Repeat this process to apply the same label to additional scenes.

Filter Scenes by a Label

Use filters to quickly isolate and review scenes associated with a specific label.

  1. From Scene Search, click Filters

  2. Under the Labels section, select the label you want to view, and click Search

All scenes associated with the selected label will appear in the search results.

View Packages Created from a Label

Scenes that share the same label are automatically grouped into a package. To view a package, navigate to Packages, and click into the package associated with your label.
