There are two ways to create reports:
Option 1: Clicking “New Report” from the far right side within the Reports tab
Option 2: Selecting the desired creatives and or feeds from the Creatives tab, then selecting “Create Report” from the footer menu
Option 1
1. Navigate to the Reports tab within the platform header
2. Input the report name, start and end dates
3. Add Creatives and Feeds to the report
Choose to include all creatives and feeds in the organization account (or within the workspace account if operating within a workspace). Alternatively, use the search bar to select the desired creatives and feeds to be included within the report.
* Include "all creatives and feeds" option will automatically include any future creatives added into the account through the duration of the reporting time period.
4. Select to download or email the report instantly, or schedule automatic reports to be delivered by email on a daily/weekly basis
When scheduling reports to be emailed to multiple recipients, the email address list must be comma delimited.
5. Save the report
This report will now be saved within the reports tab and can be accessed for editing or immediate download of reports.
Option 2
1. Select the desired creatives directly from the Creatives tab and then choose “Create Report” from the footer menu
2. Input the report name, start and end dates within the onscreen overlay menu
3. Select to download or email the report instantly, or schedule automatic reports to be delivered by email on a daily/weekly basis
When scheduling reports to be emailed to multiple recipients, the email address list must be comma delimited.
4. Save the report
This report will now be saved within the reports tab and can be accessed for editing or immediate download of reports.
