When trying to import a post and running into an issue, the most common reasons are:
Accidentally selecting the incorrect Social Network from the "New Creative" dropdown button
Using the wrong URL type
Using a post that has privacy settings
Facebook public posts are indicated by the gray world icon next to the post's publishing time.
