6 Steps to Install Rembrand's Final Cut Pro App
Download the latest version of the app at app.rembrand.com/download
Find the Rembrand package that you just downloaded, typically in your "Downloads" folder. Double click the package to open it, which will launch the installer.
A Rembrand window will open, titled "Install RembrandUploader". Click Continue as you move through the process:
Destination Select: Asks whether to install for all users or a single user of the device, and whether it should be installed on a specific disk. (This is your preference.)
Installation Type: Confirms the install location and app size. Click Install and enter your computer password, if requested, to allow the installation.
Installation: The install process should only take a few seconds.
Summary: Confirms "The installation was successful." Click Close.
Trash the Installer: If prompted by your computer, you can click "Move to Trash" as you will no longer need the installer package, assuming the installation was successful. The Rembrand app should now be on your device.
Open your Mac's Applications folder (Finder > Applications). You should now have an application called Rembrand Uploader on your Mac. If you cannot find it here, search across your Mac for the word "Rembrand", or navigate to the drive you specified during the installation process.
Double click on Rembrand Uploader to open the application.
Note: Anytime you open the Rembrand Uploader app, it will launch Final Cut Pro if it is not already open. All upload actions are initiated directly within the Final Cut Pro app.
From the Rembrand Uploader app, you will be prompted to log into your Rembrand account. Click Web Login and log into Rembrand via your browser. Verify that the device code displayed in the app matches the device code shown in your browser.
