Create a Proposal

Use proposals to package scenes, pricing, and campaign details into a client ready presentation

There are two ways to create a proposal. Both entry points lead to the same workflow.

Option 1: From the Proposals Section

  1. Navigate to the Proposals section

  2. Click +Create New Proposal

Option 2: From a Package

  1. Navigate to the Packages section

  2. Locate the package (collection of scenes) you want to pitch

  3. Click Create Proposal

Build the Proposal

  1. Shows & Packages

    Define the scope and structure of your proposal

    • Proposal title - Provide a clear, client facing title

    • Pricing model - Specific whether the campaign will be sold on a CPM/impression basis or as a flat-fee sponsorship

    • Flight dates - Set the campaign start and end date

    • Shows - Select the shows you want to feature prominently. This will surface cover art and programming details captured in Content Admin

    • Packages - Select the package (collection of scenes) to include in the proposal

    Click Next to continue

  2. Pricing & Budget

    Set campaign specific pricing details

    • Enter a CPM and total budget

    Click Next to continue

  3. Campaign Details

    Configure advertiser specific campaign settings

    • Define the campaign objectives

    • Upload brand specific assets to customize the proposal for the advertiser

    Click Next to continue

  4. Customization

    Customize the proposal template to strengthen your pitch. Here you can add:

    • Details on how ICA is integrated into your content

    • A campaign timeline with key deliverables and dates

    • Proof points and performance metrics

    • Calls to action or approval instructions

    Click Next to proceed

  5. Review & Submit

    Finalize and share your proposal

    • Review all proposal details for accuracy

    • Save the proposal as Draft or Submit the proposal for client review

    Once saved or submitted, the proposal will now appear in the Proposal section and you have the ability to generate mocks with the virtual placement included.
