Updated over 3 months ago

If you'd like formal confirmation that your data has been permanently deleted from the Rembrand platform, you can request a Certificate of Data Destruction by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Certificate of Data Destruction Request. In the body of the email, please include:

  • Your name and organization

  • The account or project the data is associated with

  • What type of data should be deleted (e.g., video project, brand assets)

  • Relevant date ranges, if applicable

Step 2: Verification
Our team will review your request and may follow up to verify your identity or confirm the data you want deleted.

Step 3: Deletion and Certificate Issuance
Once verified, we will:

  • Permanently delete the specified data from all systems, including backups

  • Issue a formal Certificate of Data Destruction, which includes:

    • A description of the deleted data

    • Date of deletion

    • Confirmation that it is no longer recoverable

    • Signature from an authorized Rembrand team member

Step 4: Timeline
You will typically receive your certificate within 30 days of a verified request.
