Creatives is the home of every rendered ad — where you preview, organize, share, and pull tags. Here's how to keep a big library tidy.
Cards or table — your choice
Toggle between Cards (big playable previews) and Table (dense rows with sortable columns: creative, brand, DCO, format, labels, billing, status, created date). One control on the right switches between Cards and Table and sets the density (Normal or Compact). In Table view, Columns chooses which columns show.
The tabs along the top switch between Creatives (your working library), All (including archived), Render Queue, and Feeds.
Search, filter, sort
Search by ID or title, and filter by brand, status, labels, and type right in the toolbar. More filters — size, DCO, tag, billing, and others — sit behind the Filters button, which shows how many are applied so a narrowed list is never a surprise. Filters stack: for example, every 300×250 display creative for one brand that already has a tag. Picking several labels shows creatives carrying any of them.
Motion Boost copies
When you render an image display ad in one of the most-used sizes (such as 300×250, 300×600, 160×600, or 320×50), Spaceback automatically makes two motion video copies of it — same design, now moving. They appear in your library with a Motion Boost badge and a Display Motion Video format, ready to tag like any other creative. Motion versions typically beat static ads on engagement and click-through. Don't need them? Archive them like any other creative.
Labels & share links
Add labels to any creative (Overview tab → Labels) to group by campaign, flight, or client. Click Labels & Share Links (top right of the Creatives page) to open the Manage labels panel, where you create labels and copy or revoke every share link you've handed out. Click the button again to close the panel.
Render Queue
The Render Queue tab shows ads currently rendering plus everything recently finished, failed, or canceled. Clearing a finished row only hides it on your device — the creative itself is safe in the library.
Billing metadata
Each creative's Billing tab records the billing partner, PO number, external ID, and notes — handy for agencies invoicing across clients. Internal by default, editable per creative.
Save a finished ad as a template
Love how a rendered video ad is laid out? Open its ⋮ menu and choose Save as template. Your team can then start new ads from that layout — see Saved Templates.
Archive, don't delete
Done with a creative? Archive hides it from the working library without deleting anything — switch the top filter to All to see everything, including archived.
