Trafficking Spaceback Creatives (CM360 & Innovid)

Spaceback creatives serve through your ad server. Here's how they get there and what to check before launch.

Which ad servers are supported?

Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Innovid — both with the full feature set: video (VAST) and display (HTML5) tags, click-through URLs, impression trackers, and event tracking.

Get the tag

Open the creative → Versions & TagsCreate tag. Video creatives produce a VAST tag; display creatives produce an HTML5 tag. Each version of a DCO creative gets its own tag. See Preview Creatives and Generate Ad Tags.

Traffic it

  • CM360 — the tag can push directly to your linked CM360 account, or export for your trafficker to assign to placements as usual. [CSM: confirm exact client-facing push flow wording]

  • Innovid — creatives push with the same capabilities: quartile/completion tracking, click-through, and 1×1 event pixels.

Rotating multiple creatives in one placement? Use a Feed — one CM360 tag, rotation managed in Spaceback, no re-trafficking.

Pre-flight checklist

  1. Validate the tag — paste it into Tag Validator (your name menu → Tag Validator). It traces the tag end-to-end, lists every tracking pixel, and previews playback.

  2. Check the click-through — click the preview; confirm it lands on the right page.

  3. Third-party trackers — attach verification/viewability vendors at the placement level as usual, or add impression pixels to the tag. See Third-Party Trackers.

  4. Conversion tag installed? — if you want conversions in Reports, the brand's conversion tag must be live on your conversion pages first.

After launch

Delivery shows up in Reports and in your ad server. Creative updates (copy tweaks, refreshed counters, QR repoints) flow through the existing tag — you almost never need to re-traffic.
